The complete service
We provide a first class service from professional advice, checking stock availability, ordering, shipping, free local delivery to timed site deliveries and after sales support. We have an extensive range of products at competitive prices, so there is no need to go anywhere else.
Free shipping
MKTF offer delivery on orders to UK addresses (offshore and highland postcodes may have additional surcharges applied automatically when ordering). Your delivery method is chosen based on the value, weight and size of your total order. Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail first class services, or courier. All goods are shipped on a next day delivery service (Next day delivery is defined as the next working day and may be delivered up to 7pm. i.e Friday orders will be delivered on Monday). In most cases, orders received prior to 2pm, will be shipped same day . In some instances, where stock is held at our suppliers, shipping may take an extra few days.
Free local delivery
We aim to personally deliver locally on a same day basis. We have vans out all day every day within the Kent area. If we can service our customers on the same day we will. This will include site deliveries, office deliveries and even home deliveries. We aim to work closely with all of our customers.
Customer service
Our dedicated team based at our Kent office aim to deliver the very best in customer service. Our standard delivery is a 24 hours service for orders received before 4pm Monday to Thursday, or before 3pm on Fridays. Orders received after those times will be delivered in two working days. Call to speak to one of our team for advice, stock availability or to place an order.
Technical advice
Our dedicated sales team will be at hand to provide technical advice where needed. We are very pleased to check the design and specification of any product from lightweight fixings and jobs to heavily loaded safety critical anchors. This ensures that the correct specification is written for any product and includes the required safety factors to ensure that the anchor works satisfactorily its lifetime. Post navigation
